Summary:
As a DevOps Architect, you will assess, design, and engineer DevOps solutions in complex technology environments. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to create and implement innovative technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in discussions to understand project requirements and translate them into effective DevOps strategies, ensuring seamless integration across cloud-native, cloud-enabled, and on-premises infrastructures. You will also focus on optimizing existing processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Evaluate and implement best practices in DevOps to improve efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
