Summary:
As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and developing strategies that align with organizational goals. You will also engage in discussions to translate business requirements into actionable plans, ensuring that the solutions developed are both effective and sustainable. Additionally, you will support transformation initiatives by creating business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of business architecture.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in developing business cases and project proposals.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable technology solutions.
- Familiarity with various business analysis methodologies and frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
