Summary:

As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that enhance product functionality and performance. You will engage in problem-solving activities and guide your team through the complexities of software development, ensuring that all processes align with best practices and project timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Technical Development Configuration Integration Experience in multiple Siemens Application like Teamcenter, Opcenter, Capital, Tecnomatix, NX is an added advantage

• Ability to work on Teamcenter PLM development projects.
• Should be able to understand the requirements and design/build Teamcenter solutions
• Should have past experience in ITK, RAC customization, C/CPP, Java programming.
• Should be able to create and maintain the Teamcenter PLM data model
• Should have experience in Workflow designing, Change Managment, Structure Manager, Projects, PLMXML, Access Manager, Saved Queries, Dispatcher,
• Should have experience in source code management tool
• 1. TC upgrade experience would be added advantage.
• 1. CAD integration related experience would be preferred.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Experience in Teamcenter PLM Solution Design,Teamcenter BMIDE.
• Hands on Teamcenter configurations and customizations experience.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, all core Teamcenter modules and IPEM CAD integration
• Experience on Active Workspace
• Work on Agile delivery methodology.
• Experience with any ERP integration would be added advantage.

Additional Information:

• 7-9 years of experience in Teamcenter PLM implementation projects
• Assign task for team members and follow-up on closure.
• Provide expertise in resolving issues/trouble shooting.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good team player
