Project Role: Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description: Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Must have skills: Cloud Network Operations

Good to have skills: Microsoft Azure IaaS

Summary:

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve addressing various technical issues, providing solutions for configured services across multiple platforms, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software systems. You will work both remotely and onsite, collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively, while adhering to established operating models and processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Cloud Network specialist is experienced in single or multi-cloud network in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting the multi region cloud network especially Azure.
A: 5-7 years of relevant experience in networking domain in design, implementation, troubleshooting, monitoring, management of on-Prem and Cloud IAAS including routing, Azure networking, Network security, load balancer and various network monitoring tools
B: Should be able to play the SME/L3 role to resolve complex network issues
C: Experienced in designing the firewall’s highly available architecture, especially Palo Alto, ASA

Professional & Technical Skills:

A: Experienced in Azure public cloud network technologies like VPN, Azure Express route, VNETs, NSGs

• B: Strong knowledge of network security technologies like
• Palo Alto, F5 LBs, LTMs
  C: Experienced in designing the firewall’s highly available architecture, especially Palo Alto, Implementation and troubleshooting exposure.
• D: Strong BGP Routing and switching, IPSEC VPN Technologies skills with very strong hold of
• Arista 7k, Cisco 9k, ASRs and CSRs
  E: Strong knowledge of Aviatrix deployment, design best practices in single or multi-cloud environment.
  F: Good to have Dev Ops skillsets
  G: A process-oriented individual, with strong interpersonal skills, who has the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
  H: Able to lead the discussion and front end during the complex discussion.
  I: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and after-hours

Educational Qualification
BCA in Computers, BSc in Any Specialization, BTech/BE in Any Specialization.
