Summary:

As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will oversee the execution of large and intricate technology projects. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met while managing scope and risk effectively. You will drive profitability by maintaining high service quality and cost efficiency, while also supporting sales initiatives through innovative solutions and excellence in delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BPM Strategy & Solutions.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Ability to analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in project delivery.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in BPM Strategy & Solutions.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
