Project Role Description: Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.

Summary:

As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities aimed at enhancing the performance of specific business functions from start to finish. Your typical day will involve analyzing current business processes, designing or redesigning workflows, and defining organizational components to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions that align with the overall business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions to ensure continuous improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and frameworks.
• Experience with business process modeling and redesign methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
