Summary:
As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will work closely with client project teams to provide expertise in functional, technical, and industry-specific areas, as well as tools and methods. Your typical day will involve engaging with various stakeholders to ensure that the solution design and delivery processes are successful, while also addressing any challenges that may arise during project execution. You will play a crucial role in guiding teams through complex scenarios, ensuring that best practices are followed, and that the final outcomes meet the clients' needs and expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding.
- Monitor project progress and provide strategic insights to ensure alignment with client objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to CSV.
- Experience in developing and executing validation protocols and documentation.
- Ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with system validation processes.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and methodologies in system validation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
