Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Core Engineer with strong experience in modern backend development and deep domain knowledge in Life Sciences and Healthcare interoperability standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building scalable, secure microservices using .NET Core and Web APIs, along with proven experience working with HL7-based healthcare data exchange frameworks such as FHIR, CDA, ECR, and SMART on FHIR.
This role requires a strong engineering mindset, commitment to TDD/BDD practices, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams in a regulated healthcare environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Web API
• Build and deploy microservices-based architectures for healthcare and life sciences platforms
• Implement and consume healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, CDA, FHIR, ECR, and SMART on FHIR
• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices using NUnit and x Unit
• Ensure high-quality code through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud deployments
• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and healthcare SMEs to translate regulatory and domain requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards, security, and privacy requirements
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance and reliability

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
