What would you do? We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model.
The Corporate banking /Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business.

• Develop and deliver core banking solutions for the applications that process the essential functions of banks, including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management and product management.What are we looking for? •• Attention to detail – Accurate review and verification of documents is crucial

• Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple files and task simultaneously

• Communication skills – Clear and effective communication with all parties involved in the loan process

• Knowledge of mortgage industry – understanding of mortgage products, regulations and the overall loan process

• Problem-Solving Skills

• Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the loan process

• Experience on commercial loan quality control is an added advantage.

• Overall understanding of commercial loan operations.

• Loan Funding and Booking Operations

• SWIFT and OFAC payment operations. L1,L2,L3 monitoring

• Lead and motivate a team of mortgage Processors to achieve individual and team targets.

• Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members to enhance their performance and professional development.

• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture to ensure high morale and engagement.

• Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise during processing the loans

• In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines

• Please note that this role may require you to work in US shift which operates between 06:00PM to 04:30AM IST

• The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervised

• Preparing MIS reports as per the SLA defined with the client. Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems

• Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture

• You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management

• You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments

• In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
