Summary:

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will utilize quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve running the end-to-end quality engineering function, focusing on automation to improve control, accuracy, and integrity in the testing process. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the automation strategies align with the overall project goals and contribute to delivering high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

"1. Define and implement effective test automation strategies across projects.
2. Develop and maintain automation frameworks to support regression and functional testing.
3. Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure automation alignment with release goals.
4. Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve automation coverage and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

"1. Proficient in automation tools like Selenium, Py Test, or Robot Framework.
2. Skilled in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
3. Experienced with CI/CD integration using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
4. Strong understanding of test design techniques, frameworks, and reporting tools."
5. 5 years of experience in defining and executing automation strategies.
6. Proven expertise in building scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.
7. Hands-on involvement in Agile and DevOps-based project environments.
8. Focused on optimizing test cycles, reducing manual effort, and improving quality metrics."

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Test Automation Strategy.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
