EMEA Sourcing are looking to expand our Middle East Sourcing team with strong, experienced Specialists and Senior Analysts based in Egypt.

We deliver full front-end sourcing support to support EMEA Recruitment’s fulfillment of talent across all Accenture service lines.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver sourcing strategies for niche, high-volume, and hard-to-fill roles

  • Utilise available tools and technology to identify and engage passive candidates

  • Pre-qualify passive and active candidates, deliver an excellent candidate experience for

  • Utilise network to build and maintain engaged talent pools for current and future hiring needs

  • Be an expert data-led storyteller

  • Demonstrated experience in a Sourcing/Recruitment role

  • Experience of proactive headhunting

  • Experience using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and working with an ATS (exposure to Workday is advantageous)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet KPIs/SLAs

  • Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills

  • Ability to analyse data and influence using data

  • Strong organisation skills and ability to adhere to governance

  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English

  • Experience working in a large, complex organisation, preferably consulting/technology

  • Experience of recruiting for the Middle East region essential, experience with nationalisation/Emiratisation greatly advantageous
