Summary:
QA Analyst with experience in testing conversational AI and contact center solutions, with hands-on exposure to NICE Cognigy.AI, virtual agent dialog flows, and NLU configurations. Skilled in functional and integration testing of chatbot and voice bot journeys across digital and telephony channels. Proficient in API testing using tools such as Postman and validating backend integrations via REST/JSON, webhooks, and middleware services. Experienced in test case design, defect management, and regression testing for AI-driven workflows, including validation of intents, entities, fallback handling, and escalation to live agents. Familiar with Agile delivery models and CI/CD pipelines, with the ability to collaborate closely with developers, architects, and business teams to ensure high-quality, production-ready conversational AI solutions.
