Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React Native, Java 21, Spring Boot, and AWS to design and develop reusable, runtime-integrated components. These components will power seamless experiences across mobile, web, and integrated digital surfaces, enabling rapid delivery of personalized and scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain modular, reusable components for cross-platform deployment.
• Develop and optimize React Native front-end interfaces for mobile and web.
• Familiarity with Camunda (BPM)
• Implement robust Java 21 + Spring Boot back-end services with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Integrate with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3) to support cloud-native deployments.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and platform teams to ensure seamless integration across digital surfaces.
• Ensure components are secure, observable, and compliant with enterprise standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in React Native for cross-platform mobile/web development.
• Deep knowledge of Java 21 and Spring Boot for building scalable APIs and services.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CDK).
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, testing, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with micro frontends or component libraries with a focus on building reusable React Native components.
• Exposure to runtime integration patterns and use of Expo and or re Pack.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and secure API design.
