Summary:

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of capabilities and product development teams engaged in design, development and implementation of Digital Solutions for EPC / Construction industry.
The responsibilities include sustaining existing capabilities and incubating new competencies in project and portfolio management space for EPC industry, owner operators and infrastructure builders. The focus should be on leading industry solution from reputed product vendors like Oracle (Primavera EPPM, OPC, Unifier and Aconex), Hexagon, Alice Technologies.
As leader you are expected to incubate new capabilities, especially AI enabled solutions or services which can grow the practice and provide our clients innovative solutions.
Engage with global Accenture stakeholders and support RFP responses and seed opportunities in the given competency groups.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• • Lead specific competencies, mentor teams and ensure utilization of the team
• Create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation.
• Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design, estimation and risk assessment in solution delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software assets that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• As a people manager, you will be responsible to mentor team members and shape their career

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier and EPPM. Must have led Unifier and EPPM Implementation teams including resolving complex technical problems.
• Must Have Skills – Deep expertise in solutioning, estimating and risk management for large implementation and support proposals
• Must Have Skills: Experience in software product development, project management, and team leadership.
• Must Have Skills: Managing a large team delivering multiple projects at the same time
• Good to Have: Experience of leading Oracle ACONEX implementation
• Good to Have: Domain knowledge in Oil & Gas, Utilities industry
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing software development projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle Primavera P6.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
