Role Summary

Marketing Project Manager Advisor Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing field marketing strategies to improve brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process management and effective communication skills responding to stakeholder management. Ensures project members effectively follow schedule, makes sure all milestones are completed within the schedule, and manages all schedule impacts. Understands and follows the communication plan at the project level, ensures that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all affected team members.

The creation of internal marketing processes is key to succeeding in this role. Understand and apply cohesive processes to develop marketing materials and implement on-site images from a digital environment. Keeps open communication with client and main stakeholders, ensures stakeholders expectations are understood and managed, reports overall project status back to stakeholders, obtains stakeholders commitment. Deliver training and develop materials for stakeholder's better implementation skills. Collaborate with marketing services resources and third-party service providers e.g., installers, project manager agencies, designers, writers, internal and external stakeholders. Assess and monitor performance against objectives, metrics, and budgets.

• Requires analysis and solving increasingly complex problems. May create new solutions, leveraging and, when needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.

• Requires minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments.

• Decisions impact one's own work and may impact the work of others.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English – Spanish C1 to native speakers only. Or any of these languages: Canadian French.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, administration or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in marketing project management.

• 3+ years of client facing roles.

• Ability to craft verbal and written strategic recommendations and guidance.

• Ability to work independently, taking ownership while also working collaboratively.

• Good time management and prioritization skills.

• Skilled communicator (written and spoken), ability to think on the fly.

• Able to provides support and remove roadblocks and clarify questions.

• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized.

• Good presentation skills, desired experience pitching proposals to clients.

• Digitally fluent, with knowledge of digital marketing best practices.

• Proven experience in project management and process development

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
