Primarily responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development and industry content. Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology professionals remain competitive in the ever-evolving market. You will also be responsible for creating assessment questions that align with industry standards, ensuring that the training provided is relevant and impactful. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Design and implement training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience in developing training materials and assessments.
• Ability to facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops.
• Familiarity with various training delivery methods, including virtual and in-person formats.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
