Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developers to join our IT team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other technologies.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
· Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
· Adhere to coding governance standards and enforce best practices in Salesforce development, including code reviews, naming conventions, documentation, and version control.
· Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of reusable components, design patterns, and development frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
· Perform unit testing and support QA and UAT processes.
· Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
· Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, and recommend improvements.
· Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
· Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
· Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
· Familiarity with Salesforce configuration including workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
· Salesforce Developer Certification(s) (e.g., Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture) preferred.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Preferred Skills:
· Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce.
· Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Experience with tools like Jira, Git, and VS Code.
