Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IAM Solution Architect at Associate Director level to lead strategy, design, and delivery of large-scale IAM transformation programs across ANZ. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, client-facing leadership, technical depth, and solution delivery oversight.
As a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, you will architect modern IAM solutions that integrate with cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments while ensuring alignment with regulatory and business goals. You will also lead pre-sales engagements, mentor delivery teams, and help shape our IAM go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the IAM solution lead on complex client programs, owning architecture from initial discovery through to execution and post-deployment support

Lead strategic IAM assessments and roadmap engagements, with a focus on enterprise modernization and Zero Trust enablement

Design and review IAM architectures including CIAM, IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO, federation, and identity lifecycle governance

Collaborate with C-level stakeholders and business leaders to translate identity requirements into scalable, compliant solutions that are clearly understood

Advise clients on identity strategy in regulated sectors such as finance, healthcare, government, telecommunications and utilities

Oversee delivery assurance, quality, and architectural governance across one or more client accounts

Contribute to business development through proposal creation, solution estimation, and presenting at executive briefings

Support development of thought leadership, local market strategy, and capability uplift across the ANZ Security practice
Key Qualifications
-
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on IAM solution design and implementation
-
5+ years of experience architecting enterprise IAM solutions in client-facing roles, including regulated and sovereign environments
-
Expertise with identity technologies such as Microsoft Entra, Ping Identity (Forge Rock), Okta, Sail Point, Cyber Ark, etc.

Deep knowledge of modern identity protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML), authentication flows, directory services, and access governance
-
Strong consulting background, with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead strategic client conversations

Familiarity with regional compliance requirements including APRA CPS 234, NZISM, Essential Eight, NIST, etc.

Experience in leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams and managing architecture across complex programs
Preferred Certifications

CISSP, CCSP, or CISM

Microsoft SC-300 (Identity & Access Administrator)
