Your Role

• Design and implement enterprise-level architectures for Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Power Platform solutions.
• Lead technical teams in designing scalable and maintainable CRM architectures.
• Architect and optimize integrations between Dynamics 365 modules, Power Platform, Azure services, and external systems.
• Define technical strategies to ensure scalability, security, and high performance.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
• Contribute to R&D and drive AI adoption in customer-centric processes.
• Mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring best practices in CRM solution architecture.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Technical Architect specializing in Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Power Platform
• Expertise in Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Customer Insights
• Strong background in Power Platform, Azure, and cloud-based architectures
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and enterprise integration technologies
• Experience leading technical teams and large-scale implementations
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
