As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs and quality standards. You will also mentor team members and facilitate discussions to drive project success, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application design and functionality.

• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform features and capabilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
