Summary:

As a Large Language Model Architect, you will engage in the innovative design and architecture of large language models that are capable of processing and generating natural language. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define model specifications, experimenting with neural network architectures, and analyzing the performance of models trained on extensive datasets. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and optimizing models to enhance their capabilities, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of users and applications. Your role will be pivotal in advancing the state of natural language processing through the development of cutting-edge technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of large language models.
• Conduct research on emerging trends in natural language processing to inform model development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in natural language processing.
• Experience with data preprocessing techniques for large datasets.
• Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
