What would you do?

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Suitable candidate will be responsible in creating the visual impact on various creative outlets that team operates in today. The candidate will be part of a team of UI / UX experts who would provide inputs to enhance the look, feel and user experience in some of the following platforms: Portals, Print, i Pad Apps, Video, and Email design.

Create compelling visual design and interaction design

Strong understanding of design systems

Strong interpersonal skills

Use analytics to shape design recommendations

Guide/mentor fellow designers

Anticipate user needs, and suggest ways for the business to address them

Must be comfortable presenting to other stakeholders, hammering out ideas with them, and helping them find better ways to do things.
Participate in the design team’s process and decision-making including planning, prioritizing, and scheduling.

Participate in concept sessions leveraging ethnographic research and design thinking.

Coordinate with client and internal stakeholders for project schedules, quality requirements

Stay abreast of new trends in content and technology in the video production communities and suggest new ways to implement these trends/technologies

Guide team on best practices, new technologies and tools in the market

QUALIFICATION

Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or Design-related field or equivalent industry experience

Senior Analyst: 6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX field of work (people management experience will be an added advantage)

Analyst: 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX field of work (people management experience will be an added advantage)

Proven experience in delivering design concepts, user journeys, storyboards, wireframes and prototypes

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems
• Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture
• You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
• You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments
• Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others
• In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
