Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Service Delivery team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project bp ERP Ops.

Responsibilities: As a Delivery Lead for P&O Service in bp ERP Ops, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments. You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You are also expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA is required. Advanced proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance is recommended. Master proficiency in Account Delivery Management, expert proficiency in Business Operation Management, and advanced proficiency in Estimation and Planning, Work Management are suggested.
