Required Experience

High Intermediate English skills: Shows proficiency in writing, reading, and speaking English.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (statistics, formulas, reporting, macros, and power queries).

Experience working in agile projects and play an active role during daily, planning, and retrospective meetings.

Software development methodologies knowledge, such as Agile or Waterfall, and expertise in workflow orchestration tools such as Workfront, JIRA, and Confluence is desired.

Experience working on enterprise projects, following defined guidelines by product owners and meeting deadlines.

PIM/DAM platforms knowledge, with experience with asset manipulation: metadata, asset hierarchy, and overall Digital Asset Management

Intermediate Digital Asset Management skills (Adobe Suite, Media Optimization).

At least two years of experience in content management or related fields is preferred.

Understanding of Digital Marketing.

Experience with peer review methodologies and their importance for the project’s quality.

Gen AI prompting and solution development is desired.

Skills Required

Advanced English communication (written, spoken, and reading).

Microsoft Excel proficiency, including data manipulation, data integrity, logical/text formulas, pivot tables, and large dataset analysis.

Experience with project management tools

such as JIRA, Share Point, Work Front, and Project Office.

Report design and development, presenting data effectively and using AI-driven analytics tools.

Content management, including organization, categorization, and publishing of information across internal systems.

Digital Asset Management (DAM)

expertise: ingestion, annotation, cataloging, storage, and retrieval of digital assets.

Operational Excellence frameworks, supporting documentation and process consistency.

Basic data analysis, including reporting, data visualization, and gap analysis.

Asset management skills.

Experience with PIM/DAM platforms (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo, Akeneo, in River).

Information architecture and taxonomy, supporting data quality, standardization, and reduction of redundancy.

Metadata taxonomy design or maintenance

for digital libraries.

PXM certifications or equivalent practical experience.

Understanding of traffic management tools (JIRA, Share Point, Work Front, etc.).

Effective time management.

Problem‑solving and critical thinking

for non‑standard or complex issues.

Strong communication skills

across all channels (calls, chats, emails, tickets).

Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.

Highly proactive and collaborative, with willingness to share knowledge.

Customer‑service mindset, showing empathy, accountability, adaptability, and resilience.

Consistent delivery of targets, SLAs, and requirements.

Continuous improvement approach

toward tasks and skill development.

Adherence to development processes.

Implementation of digital shelf best practices (E2E).

Quality assurance via self‑assessment and peer reviews.

Proactive research and investigation skills.

Ongoing learning in GenAI, staying current with new tools and trends.

for systems, networks, or processes.
