Summary:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications on SAP Business Technology Platform using the Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA Cloud, and external services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop full-stack applications on SAP BTP using CAPM (Node.js/Java)
• Build domain models using CDS (Core Data Services) and generate OData/REST APIs
• Implement authentication & authorization using XSUAA & destination service
• Integrate with on-premise and cloud systems via SAP Connectivity Service
• Develop UI using SAP Fiori/UI5 with CAP backends
• Deploy & manage applications in Cloud Foundry / Kyma environments
• Configure CI/CD pipelines for CAP projects using SAP Continuous Integration and Delivery service
• Optimize HANA DB models (Calculation Views, SQLScript) for CAP service performance
• Use SAP Event Mesh and messaging patterns for event-driven integrations
• Work closely with functional teams to convert business requirements into scalable CAP-based solutions

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Exp in SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry), SAP CAPM (Node.js / Java), Core Data Services (CDS), OData V2/V4 and REST API design SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP HANA Cloud SQL & SQLScript, XSUAA, Destination, Connectivity, HTML5 Repo service, Git-based source control
• Exp in SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), SAP BTP Build Apps (Low-code/No-code), SAP Event Mesh, Webhooks, Async Messaging, Integration with SAP AI Core / GenAI capabilities, Multi-tenant CAP applications, BTP Security concepts (OAuth2, JWT, role collections), Prompt engineering
• SAP BAS, SAP HANA Cloud, Cloud Foundry CLI, Kyma CLI, Postman, GitHub/GitLab, SAP Continuous Integration & Delivery service

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
