Summary:

We are looking for a motivated JavaScript Developer to join our development team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2-4 years of experience who have a strong foundation in JavaScript and web technologies and are eager to learn and grow in an enterprise development environment.

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop, test, and maintain applications using JavaScript.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following coding standards.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
• Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Maintain documentation for technical designs and implementations.

Technical Skills:

• Should be well versed with

• Function declarations vs. function expressions

• Basic understanding of event loop concept

• Immediately Invoked Function Expressions (IIFE)

• Default function parameters

• Higher-order functions (functions that accept/return other functions)

• Callback functions and callback patterns

• Data encapsulation using closures

• Understanding of asynchronous execution model

• Error handling in asynchronous flows

• Soft Skills

• Willingness to learn and take feedback

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
