By being part of this team, you will work from Monday, to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way, in Bucharest.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Lead project or team delivery activities by managing supervisors or team leads;

• Ensure optimal resource allocation, adherence to budget, and high-quality outcomes;

• Support the onboarding and smooth transition of new projects and clients;

• Collaborate closely with contract management, project managers, finance teams, and delivery units to drive results;

• Oversee end-to-end delivery processes to ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations;

• Contribute to client acquisition efforts and strategic growth initiatives;

• Drive solution feasibility, support sales efforts, and ensure successful delivery execution;

• Strengthen and maintain strong customer relationships; act as a key contact for escalations and delivery assurance;

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, and timeline commitments;

• Monitor resource utilization and team performance to ensure consistent task execution;

• Identify, assess, and manage project and operational risks;

• Ensure full compliance with internal processes, legal requirements, and industry standards;

• Maintain a continuous focus on improving operational efficiency and service excellence.

Skills that make your work successful:

• Experience in managing HR or Finance-related delivery projects or teams for a minimum of 8 years;

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills;

• Excellent command in spoken and written English;

• German and French a minimum of B1;

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines across complex projects;

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multiple departments;

• Proven track record in customer-facing roles, with a focus on delivery quality and satisfaction;

• Solid understanding of compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement practices;
