Overview

As a Senior Manager – AI & Automation Delivery Lead, you will oversee the delivery of advanced AI and automation programs across the ANZ region. You’ll provide leadership in implementing Generative AI, AI Ops, and Machine Learning solutions at scale, while ensuring alignment with client needs, driving adoption, and enabling cross-functional teams to deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery lifecycles of AI-led programs, embedding automation as a complementary accelerator.

• Lead design and execution of AI-first architectures and solution delivery across AI Ops, ML, Data Ops, and automation frameworks.

• Shape and operationalize Generative AI adoption, driving practical use cases and measurable value for clients.

• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring expectations are met and value is realized.

• Support go-to-market activities with technical solutioning, effort estimation, and client advisory.

• Lead, coach, and grow delivery teams to build scalable AI and automation capability within the practice.

Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years in data transformation, AI/ML delivery, or large-scale technology programs, with a strong focus on AI adoption.

• Proficiency in AI Ops, Machine Learning, Data Ops, and Automation frameworks; experience integrating AI across enterprise systems.

• Strong track record in managing delivery teams, client portfolios, and cross-functional programs.

• Ability to bridge AI innovation with business outcomes; experience in defining adoption roadmaps.

• Excellent client engagement and stakeholder management skills; able to articulate AI-first strategies to senior executives.
