• Ensure the availability and optimal performance of production systems.
• Drive the resolution of incidents and outages while maintaining clear communication.
• Facilitate the restoration of services in the production environment.
• Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures.
• Implement and uphold data retention practices.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Expert proficiency in Server Operating Systems.
• Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Design.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Expert proficiency in VMware.
• Advanced proficiency in Dynatrace Capability Analysis.
