By being part of this team, you will work from Monday

to Friday, 09: 00-18:00, full on site from our office in Bucharest in the first 6 months of activity.

After this period, the working model will be hybrid.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Solves situations related to policies and holders /clients/ third party providers/collaborators queries with the help of specific recruitment procedures;

  • Ensures the accuracy of the documents processed according to the norms / objectives set by the direct manager/ client;

  • Update processes and procedures reflecting the acknowledged changes;

  • Develops good client relationships and raises in time the risks related to client management / satisfaction / accuracy/ service level agreements etc;

  • Subject to regular local supervision of progress against results;

  • Proactively performing preventive quality controls and taking corrective actions when errors occur.

Skills that make your work successful:

  • You have B2 German & English language skills;

  • Bachelor’s degree/ High school degree;

  • Nice to have: Customer support or previous experience in the HR area

  • Negotiation skills;

  • You communicate easily;

  • You are a team-player;

  • You can solve urgent matters.
