Project Role: Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)

Project Role Description: Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will focus on developing comprehensive testing strategies, applying quality processes, and implementing key metrics to enhance the testing process. Your role will be pivotal in driving quality across the application lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of the product meet the highest standards of excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and make recommendations for improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
• Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with test case design and execution.
• Ability to analyze and report on testing metrics and results.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and management tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
