What would you do? As a Senior Manager, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions across multiple domains and industries. You will drive strategic AI initiatives, oversee the development of scalable AI platforms, and ensure alignment with business goals and responsible AI practices. You will be accountable for delivering high-impact AI assets and solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and innovation.
You will lead cross-functional teams in building enterprise-grade AI products, leveraging advanced technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and MLOps pipelines. You will also play a key role in shaping the AI strategy, mentoring senior talent, and contributing to Accenture’s thought leadership through patents, publications, and client engagements.
________________What are we looking for? • Expertise in AI/ML, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI

  • Proven experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks like Py Torch, Tensor Flow, Hugging Face Transformers
  • Experience with AI orchestration frameworks (Lang Chain, Llama Index) and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS)
  • Deep understanding of MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow, Sage Maker Pipelines)
  • Experience deploying and scaling AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning capabilities
  • Ability to drive innovation, influence AI strategy, and deliver business impact

  • Architecting and scaling AI platforms and reusable components
  • Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
  • Leveraging ONNX, TensorRT, or Triton Inference Server for model optimization
  • Implementing observability and monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, Arize AI, or Why Labs
  • Applying responsible AI principles (bias detection, fairness, explainability, security)
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams
  • Leading patenting, publications, and thought leadership in AI Roles and Responsibilities: •• Define and lead the AI engineering strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Architect and oversee the development of scalable, secure, and responsible AI solutions
  • Lead and mentor high-performing AI teams across multiple projects and geographies
  • Drive innovation through IP creation, research collaborations, and industry engagement
  • Establish best practices for AI development, deployment, and monitoring
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver AI-driven transformation
  • Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and data governance policies
