What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.
The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation

It requires understanding of combination of different technologies, their integration and interaction that makes the product or service

What are we looking for? • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of software/system deployments across development, testing, and production environments.

  • Work closely with development, QA, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth and timely deployments.
  • Develop and maintain deployment plans, schedules, rollback strategies, and release documentation.
  • Manage and mitigate deployment risks and issues.
  • Ensure all pre-deployment checks and validations are completed successfully.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align on deployment windows and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor post-deployment performance and coordinate support for issues arising after go-live.
  • Continuously improve deployment processes and introduce automation where applicable.
  • Maintain deployment tools, scripts, and related documentation necessary for production migration.
  • Apply R2R process knowledge to optimize deployments.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment.
  • Communicate updates and resolve issues.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for deployment success.
  • Understand the in-house tools available in TFO and suggest suitable integration solutions to the client challenges.
  • Assess client Volume and plan FTE requirement for the tool implementation.
  • Experience in deployment management with R2R process knowledge.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
