Summary:

As a Cloud Migration Engineer, you will provide a comprehensive assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to facilitate their migration to the cloud. Your typical day will involve planning, delivering, and implementing application and data migration strategies that leverage both private and public cloud technologies. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that the migration process is seamless and that the solutions developed are scalable and high-performing, ultimately driving next-generation business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of migrated applications to ensure optimal functionality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, Databricks Unity Catalog.
• Strong understanding of cloud migration strategies and best practices.
• Experience with application and data migration tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques in cloud environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
