What would you do? As part of our Business Transformation, you will join a global team focused on leveraging analytics, digital tools, and advanced planning tools (preferably Kinaxis) to drive supply chain transformation for clients in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or Hi-Tech industry. This role requires a strategic mindset and hands-on expertise in analytics and business transformation, along with a deep understanding of CPG supply chain complexities. You will be responsible for leading supply chain transformation initiatives—shaping strategy, extracting actionable insights, managing high-performing teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. A strong transformation mindset is essential, as you will be expected to challenge the status quo and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance automation, agility, and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.

Translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.What are we looking for? • 12+ years of experience in supply chain planning and analytics, primarily within the CPG or Consumer electronics industry
• Expertise in at least three of the following areas: Supply planning, Direct materials planning, Inventory management, S&OP, RCCP and demand-supply reconciliation
• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Solutions, with exposure to SAP, or similar platforms
• Should have delivered large scale end-end Process Transformation projects for global clients
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills
• Sound Understanding of RPA, data integration, work orchestration and supply chain analytics
• Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
• Sound understanding of supply chain planning master data

• Proficiency in SQL, VBA, and Advanced Excel, with strong data modeling and reporting skills
• Familiarity with Python/R for advanced analytics and predictive modeling
• Exposure to AI-driven Agents within supply chain operations
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization and insights
• Understanding of global supply chain operations and live data ingestion tools Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead data-driven insights and design digital supply chain solutions for business optimization
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and drive alignment
• Transform complex data into actionable strategies to improve supply chain planning and performance
• Ability to break down End to End process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation/transformation roadmap
• Redesign and standardize supply planning processes (demand-supply balancing, constraint-based planning, inventory optimization, RCCP, S&OP)
• Lead transformation initiatives and support change programs to improve scalability
• Utilize Kinaxis planning platform and SAP to support supply optimization, scenario planning and reduce exceptions
• Engage with multiple CPG clients, presenting data-driven findings to senior stakeholders for strategic decision-making
• Communicate program updates, risks, and benefits metrics
• Collaborate with client and internal functions to enhance operational efficiency
• Develop POVs on Agentic AI and Gen AI with ROI for client presentation
