Project Role: Deployment Lead

Project Role Description: Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:

As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various project teams to ensure that all deployment-related activities are aligned and progressing as scheduled. You will manage work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation while also monitoring metrics and overseeing training and pilot programs. Your role will require effective collaboration to manage interdependencies and ensure that the deployment plan is executed smoothly and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate communication between different project teams to ensure seamless execution of the deployment plan.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the deployment process and its progress.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in resource allocation and budgeting for deployment projects.
• Ability to analyze metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with training methodologies and pilot program execution.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
