We are looking for a senior leader to drive delivery excellence, set long-term strategy, and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. As we enter our next growth phase focused on agentic, AI-native transformation, you will shape how advanced AI and data solutions are designed and delivered across complex, enterprise environments. In the role you will:

• Lead the design and delivery of large-scale AI, GenAI and agentic solutions, from data platforms and MLOps/LLMOps to model deployment and enterprise integration.

• Set technical direction and governance, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-quality engineering across multiple teams and initiatives.

• Translate complex AI and data capabilities into clear business value for executive stakeholders.

• Guide clients through AI-driven transformation, including operating model, organizational, and technology change.

• Drive growth and sales activities through client engagements, strategic pursuits, and leading content creation and messaging for CXO pitches.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong technical background in Data & AI, who can lead and advise complex, large-scale engagements, mentor and develop other leaders as well as act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders.

Specifically, we expect you to bring:

• 10+ years of experience in AI, data, and advanced analytics

• Deep AI & Data knowledge, extensive work and academic experience within AI solution modelling, data platform architectures, and cloud technologies

• Ability to abstract, solve and explain complex problems and navigate both the business and technical dimensions of a Data & AI transformation project

• Experienced in managing the full Data & AI tech delivery lifecycle - from business needs to production - ready solutions and business adoption - creating business value

• Strong leadership experience in building, coaching and developing high-performing teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

• Executive-level stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technology into business outcomes

• Commercial leadership experience, including shaping major engagements and driving business growth

• Deep expertise in one or two industries, with senior advisory and transformation experience
