Summary:
The Delivery Unit Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of multiple IT programs and projects across a portfolio of clients/accounts. This role ensures high-quality, on-time, and within-budget delivery, while also driving client satisfaction, operational efficiency, team development, and revenue/margin growth. The DU Lead acts as a senior point of escalation and ensures alignment of delivery with business objectives. Tenured Supply chain project execution experience
