Project Role: Application Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description: Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Good to have skills: Service Now Configuration Management Database (CMDB)Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required

Summary:

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of systems and applications. Your typical day will involve managing Configuration Databases and CI, utilizing your expertise in Service Now Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and exceptional communication skills to resolve client issues.

Key Responsibilities:

    1. Asset and CMDB Updates.
  1. Service request management for IMAC tickets.
  2. Discovery and Asset inventory reconciliation.
  3. Gap analysis and reporting.
  4. Scheduled Reporting.
  5. Maintain currency on policy and process documents.
  6. Track lease and warranty data in support of refresh as well as end of life processes.

Technical Experience:

  • Strong knowledge on ITAM tools like Service Now, BMC, Flexera

Professional Attributes:

    1. Minimum 4 plus years of experience Service Now.
  1. Minimum 5 plus years of experience in IT asset / CMDB management.
  2. Excellent written and oral communication skills

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate with 15 years of education
