Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technology strategy work, owning complex deliverables and contributing to strategic recommendations

• Understand business challenges and translate them into technology-enabled opportunities for transformation and value creation

• Translate technology strategy, priorities, and pain points into clear strategic business implications

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess business performance, digital maturity, and value creation potential

• Evaluate global, economic, technology, and social trends, focusing on their business and strategic impact

• Support the definition of digital transformation initiatives, technology roadmaps, and IT strategy components aligned with business objectives

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy, technology enablement, and value

Job Qualifications

• +3 years of experience in strategy consulting, technology strategy, and/or digital transformation roles

• Strong understanding of business and operating models, with the ability to identify where technology can create value

• Experience structuring complex problems and developing strategic (non-technical) recommendations

• Ability to bridge business and technology, translating business needs into strategic technology themes

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese
