What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation An iterative, incremental method of managing the design and build activities of engineering, information technology and other business
areas that aim to provide new product or service development in a highly flexible and interactive manner. It requires individuals and interactions from the relevant business to respond to change, customer collaboration, and management openness to non-hierarchical forms of leadership.What are we looking for? We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Control Services Manager with a strong background in Agile project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing project control activities across a portfolio of projects, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies, and driving project success through effective planning, monitoring, and reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven ability to optimize project performance in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe).

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Experience with data science and machine learning concepts.

Strategic Thinking Roles and Responsibilities: •Agile Project Management:

Lead and manage Agentic AI use case development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices, promoting continuous improvement. ?

Develop and maintain project backlogs, sprint plans, and release plans.

Track and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.

Agentic AI Use Case Development:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI engineers, data scientists, business analysts) to define and execute Agentic AI use cases.

Contribute to the development of project charters, scope documents, and project plans specific to AI initiatives.

Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality AI solutions that meet business requirements.

Coordinate the testing and validation of AI models and applications.

Project Control and Reporting:

Establish and maintain project control processes, including risk management, issue management, and change management.

Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Conduct project performance analysis and identify areas for improvement.

Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile methodologies and AI project management best practices.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
