Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, performing maintenance and enhancements, and contributing to the overall development process. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code while adhering to project timelines and requirements, ensuring that the software meets the needs of the clients effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  Develop and customize PTC Windchill modules based on business requirements.
  Implement workflows, UI customizations, and InfoEngine tasks for system enhancements.
  Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance, and integration issues effectively.
  Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
  Knowledge of ESI, ODATA, REST, Interfaces, and Integrations is a plus.

Professional & Technical Skills:

-Strong knowledge of PTC Windchill customization and configuration.
-Proficient in Java, JSP, Windchill APIs (JCA, OOTB services) for custom development.
-Experience with Workflows, Lifecycle templates, and Access Control policies.
-Familiar with SQL/Oracle DB concepts, InfoEngine tasks, and basic integrations.
-Understanding of Agile methodology and version control tools (Git/SVN).

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 4+ years of experience in PTC Windchill.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
