Delivery Excellence Team is responsible for implementing Accenture methodology, security, and quality assurance processes across Accenture Danubia projects. The team also supports leadership with different kinds of reports covering wide scale of KPIs.

The position we are offering is strongly focused on quality assurance (QA), information security and business continuity and their implementation towards our projects (internally) or clients (externally), reflected via internal reporting process. You will learn and provide consultations in frameworks/models like **ITIL, SOC1 and ISO20000 (Service Management System). **The role emphasizes reporting, analytical thinking, effective communication, and multitasking. If you enjoy working with Excel, data, this is the right place for you!

YOUR MISSION:

• Learn & provide expertise in Methodology, QA & Security in order to meet Accenture standards

• Advise projects about project management processes

• Manage project records in Accenture internal tools

• Set up new projects towards Accenture standards

• Perform regular Internal QA & Security Audits

• Deliver regular reports to management (QA & Financial focus)

• Control fulfillment of KPI targets and continuously clarify possible variances

• Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions

• Communicate with colleagues across 5 locations (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria)

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project management, Information Technology, Economic/Mathematic studies or related field

• Knowledge of English language proficiency at advanced (C1) level AND Slovak language at Mastery level (C2)

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Interest in becoming internal auditor in Project Management, Quality and Security fields

• Proactive with can-do-attitude

• Focus on details, precise delivery, logical reasoning

• Solid planning and organizing, ability to see the big picture

• Interest in project and process management in IT
