About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead / Solution Architect with deep expertise across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement / Power Platform) and Azure AI / Generative AI services to design and lead intelligent, enterprise-grade digital solutions.

This role bridges business strategy and technical delivery enabling organisations to reimagine customer engagement, automate processes, and unlock insights through AI-driven innovation. You will play a hands-on leadership role in architecture, solution design, and technical delivery, driving outcomes that align with client objectives and Microsoft’s cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

  • Lead end-to-end solution design for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

  • Define technical architectures, integration blueprints, and data models across Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party systems.

  • Design and implement AI-infused customer engagement scenarios leveraging Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Azure Cognitive Services.

  • Collaborate with enterprise and data architects to design secure and efficient integration patterns using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.

AI Engineering & Innovation

  • Design, develop, and operationalize Generative AI applications using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, and Prompt Flow.

  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases (e.g., Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) to enable contextual reasoning.

  • Build and manage LLMOps pipelines for fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment of large language models.

  • Develop production-grade APIs and services using Python, FastAPI, or Azure Functions to expose AI capabilities across business applications.

  • Stay at the forefront of agentic AI, autonomous workflows, and AI-enhanced copilots, bringing innovative solutions to enterprise clients.

Technical Leadership & Governance

  • Provide technical direction to developers, data engineers, and integration specialists across onshore and offshore teams.

  • Oversee CI/CD, environment management, and release automation via GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Terraform.

  • Ensure solutions comply with Responsible AI and regulatory standards around privacy, transparency, and fairness.

  • Contribute to pre-sales activities e.g. workshops, RFP responses, and proof-of-concept design representing Accenture’s Microsoft capability.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years in Microsoft solution delivery, including 3–5 years in solution architecture or technical leadership roles.

  • Proven experience designing and delivering Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform solutions in enterprise environments.

  • Strong technical expertise across Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Machine Learning.

  • Proficiency in Python, .NET, or equivalent for custom extensions and integrations.

  • Deep understanding of data modeling, integration design, cloud security, and governance frameworks.

  • Familiarity with DevOps and automation tools

  • GitHub, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Terraform.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into business value.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence
