We are looking for a Delivery Operations Team Lead:

As a Delivery Operations Team Lead, you will play a key role in guiding a team through the analysis, resolution & drive operational excellence while ensuring alignment with strategic direction set by senior leadership.

  • Lead and manage small teams or work efforts—either at a client site or within Accenture.
  • Analyze issues and solve moderately complex problems using existing methods, and when needed, adapt or create new solutions.
  • Understand and work toward strategic goals communicated by senior management.
  • Collaborate regularly with your direct supervisor and engage with peers and management, both internally and on the client side.
  • Receive guidance when working on new assignments, particularly in determining appropriate methods and procedures.
  • Make decisions that directly impact your team’s performance and delivery outcomes.
  • Support compliance‑focused work, leveraging your AML knowledge as needed.
  • Work in rotational shifts, depending on business requirements.

What You Will Contribute To :

  • Drive proactive compliance transformation:Support clients in shifting from reactive compliance processes to a proactive, intelligent compliance operating model powered by data, advanced technologies, and skilled talent.
  • Apply strong Transaction Monitoring experience:We are specifically looking for someone with hands‑on experience in Transaction Monitoring and completion of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
  • Lead and develop teams:Use your team management expertise to guide, coordinate, and support a group of professionals working toward shared goals. This includes facilitating communication, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring a cohesive, high‑performing team environment.

What we are looking for:Previous experience/knowledge of Transaction Monitoring role;
Previous management of a team.
Bachelor s Degree or above.
Professional experience in similar roles for at least 5 years.
Languages: English C1 .
