As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior professionals to help them develop their skills and understanding of software development practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based solutions and integration.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
• Experience with agile project management tools and practices.
• Familiarity with database management and data modeling techniques.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Veeva CRM.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
