The Localization Project Manager (PM) at Career Level 9 is responsible for managing end-to-end localization projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with client expectations. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing requests and resources, and driving operational excellence in localization processes.

Project Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor localization projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., DCO, DEL, Creative Agencies) and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing updates.

Localization Expertise

  • Oversee the adaptation of content for different markets, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.

  • Ensure compliance with localization guidelines and standards.

Resource Management

  • Monitor workloads and ensure balanced distribution of tasks.

Quality Assurance

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards in localized content.

  • Address and resolve any issues or inconsistencies in deliverables.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Track project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills with experience in localization or content adaptation (English/Spanish).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA and other project tracking systems.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
