◆業務内容

人事本部（HR）労務部門が担っている下記の業務の内、働き方改革関連を主にご担当いただきます。

・ポリシー、規定の管理：社会の変化を捉えながら、就業規則の整備やグローバルポリシーとの連携を通じて、日本のルールや運用の見直し・更新を進めています

　法令や社内ルールに沿って制度が正しく運用されているかを確認し、必要に応じて改善を行うほか、新しい制度の企画・導入や、既存制度の見直し、例外対応の判断なども専門的に担っています

・コンプライアンス：法務やグローバルチームと連携し、労務問題の調査と懲戒処分手続き、コンプライアンスに関する教育の実施や啓発活動を行います

・働き方改革関連：働き方改革法案などに関する労働時間管理、および社員教育と啓発活動を実施します

・安全衛生管理：産業医、保健師とともに社員の皆さんの健康に関する施策を実施します

・有期雇用社員管理：有期雇用社員や定年再雇用に関する契約管理などを行います

・派遣管理：アクセンチュア社員が派遣社員としてお客様企業で就業するにあたり、その契約管理などを行います

・出向管理：アクセンチュア社員の出向、またはお客様企業の社員などがアクセンチュアに出向する際、法務や財務担当部門と連携し、その管理を行います

・障がいのある方の就労サポート、雇用安定：障がいをお持ちの社員の皆さんが安心して働ける就業環境の整備に努めます

◆応募要件

・人事業務に関する実務経験

・英語でのメールのやり取りに支障のないレベルのReading/Writing

◆望ましい経験・スキル

・労務、及び安全衛生等に関する知識

・英語（TOEIC700）
