Key Responsibilities

PMO takes care of the administrative and financial part of the projects

Support the management of financial, contractual, and operational commitments.
Monitor delivery performance and quality through metrics and status reporting

Managing internal administrational processes

End to End involvement in project lifecycle

Supporting the managers and team in their administrational and financial tasks and issues

Resource management, on- and offboarding process

Reporting, budget handling, forecasting, pricing, invoicing

Share Point administration:

Client communication

Offering process toward the client

Client Data Protection process:

Event planning

What you need to succeed**:**Expert proficiency in Financial Management.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

Fluent English and German:

Microsoft Office – especially Excel on advanced level

Good communication skills

Attention to detail

Problem solving attitude
