Summary:
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your expertise will drive innovative practices into delivery. Your typical day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will be a trusted advisor, enhancing both Accenture's reputation and the client's strategic direction through your deep technical knowledge and effective communication skills. Your role will also include contributing to discussions that shape the future of technology delivery, ensuring that emerging ideas are brought to life in practical and impactful ways.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in technology delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with data mapping and transformation processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
